EUROPE CHOCOLATE COMPANY is a Belgian privately owned company established in 1993. Today we are recognised as the most INNOVATIVE and flexible manufacturer of specialty chocolate ingredients in Europe. ECC employs 35 people and manufacturers over 6,000 tonnes of chocolate ingredients per year.ECC supplies it’s products to the Biscuit, Bakery, Dairy, Ice-Cream, Confectionery and Food Service industries. Furthermore, ECC is a co-worker for many important national and international chocolate manufacturers. ECC is also an appreciated and well-known provider of private label products. ECC’s flexibility and understanding of today’s commercial environment is well appreciated by our customer’s. ECC employs a very qualified workforce in combination with high tech production machinery. Food safety is considered of major importance at ECC. Since 1997 we have followed the principles as laid down by ISO and HACCP adding to this the highly recognised EFSIS higher level accreditation incorporating BRC.
These standards contain stricter requirements than the ones laid down by national and international law. The ultimate goal is to produce chocolate ingredients of superior quality and to meet its costumers highest demands. Complete satisfaction is our objective.
